METHODS OF PAYMENT:

All orders must be pre-paid. We accept all major credit cards, direct debit cards, & e-checks via Paypal.

 

SHIPPING:

Orders are processed within 2 days of receipt. Shipping and handling charges are extra, and are based on the weight, size and method of shipment. Products will ship within 1-3 business days of processing, unless otherwise notated. All orders are sent via UPS. Backorders will be shipped at the same rates as regular orders, unless customer requests to cancel backordered items. International orders require additional shipping fees and are sent via air mail. It may not be possible to insure some international orders. Customer is responsible for all customs duties, VAT charges, and similar fees, where applicable.

INSURANCE AND DAMAGES:

Shipping insurance is available per customer request. If you receive an item that has been damaged during shipment, please contact us immediately. Save ALL packing materials and paperwork. If you notice external damage to the package at the time of delivery, alert the delivery person at that time, and, if possible, have them verify this damage in writing.

 

RETURNS:

Thank you for your purchases. Please note that we graciously accept all returns as an exchange only, within 14 days of the ship-out date. Customer is responsible for shipping costs for any returned items.
